Proposed outreach workflow
Choose research support alone or a managed pilot. The following steps would begin after the scope and approvals are agreed.
- Agree the brief
Confirm ideal schools, current accounts, service areas, travel economics, capacity and approved messaging.
- Qualify priority schools
Find the photography coordinator and decision process. Establish provider-review timing and any requirements the school shares.
- Prepare the company channel
Agree an authorized company mailbox and sender, an approved portfolio, and a useful page for school decision makers.
- Begin personal outreach
Start with a small email batch. Add manual school-office calls and relevant social conversations where useful and approved.
- Manage replies and follow-ups
Track interest, review dates and next actions. Honor declines and opt-outs across the campaign.
- Bring Carrie qualified conversations
Hand over a named contact, expressed interest, timing, requirements and an agreed next step.
The current demo provides research and browser-local shortlisting. Shared tracking, company email access, outreach and reply management are proposed work.
Optional marketing support
Confirm US marketing authority and any parent-company approvals before expanding the scope.
- Social support
Share approved portrait work, school testimonials and photo-day information. Engage with relevant school accounts to support direct outreach.
- Paid acquisition
Test school-focused advertising after the offer and landing page are ready. Agree a separate budget, measure qualified school inquiries and set a stop rule.
Marketing work and advertising spend would be scoped separately. No campaign is active.
Working school profile
Private and independent schools, including international or bilingual schools, with families who may value expressive portraits and a school team seeking a manageable photo day.
This profile is inferred from published services and client evidence. School size, pricing, travel thresholds and actual parent purchasing behavior remain to be confirmed.

These are proposed screening rules, not Pret-a-Portrait’s confirmed requirements. Tuition is a weak spending proxy. The enrollment range is a working scale assumption, not a minimum booking rule. Unknown signals remain visible.
